As I am quick to speak up when I am dissatisfied with something, in fairness, I need to be equally liberal with praise when it is due. Let me say that I think the job your teams did in landscaping my house is impeccable from an aesthetic perspective. Our yard looks immaculate, and Sarah is quite pleased with how it turned out. The flagstone patio is first rate and the sprinkler and drip systems appear to be working well. Our dog Sam seems to like his new outdoor digs as well.

In closing, it was a pleasure doing business with you as you do what you say and you say what you do. That is refreshing to me given some of the challenges with contractors I've had in the past. I will most certainly keep an eye out for opportunities for you in this neighborhood. Anyone asking me about who they ought to look at for their landscaping will get a strong referral from me in your favor. Hopefully you don't mind working all the way out here!
